Ingredients
- 1-2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 5-6 trū® shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp garlic chili sauce
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- ¾ cup mango, diced
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- ½ avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish: sesame seeds, soy sauce, spicy mayo
Instructions
- Cook the rice per package instructions.
- Toss cleaned shrimp in salt, pepper, and garlic chili sauce.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil. Cook shrimp for 3-5 minutes or until firm and cooked through.
- Assemble the bowl, starting with rice and adding toppings however you’d like.
- Finish with sesame seeds, soy sauce, and your favorite spicy mayo. Enjoy!
