How To Prepare

  • When your order arrives on your doorstep, the King Crab and Beef Tenderloin will both be frozen. Before cooking, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours). Learn more about safe thawing practices here.

  • Since our king crab comes pre-cooked, it is as simple as thaw, heat, and eat. Once thawed, you can steam, grill, bake, or boil your king crab legs. Learn more here.

  • Depending on your desired method, you can roast your beef tenderloin whole, or trim it into individual steaks. Cook to an internal temperature of 140° F for medium rare – more or less depending on your desired doneness.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

Our King Crab and Full Beef Tenderloin Surf and Turf comes with 4lb of Extra Large Red King Crab Legs and one 3.75-4.25lb Beef Tenderloin. Four pounds of king crab will feed between two and four people depending on their appetite, and one beef tenderloin can feed up to 8 people.  

Does the Full Beef Tenderloin come pre-cooked?

Our Full Beef Tenderloin does not come pre-cooked. Rather, it will arrive raw and frozen. Due to the size of the tenderloin, we recommend thawing for at least 12 hours. 

Do the King Crab Legs come pre-cooked?
