How To Prepare

  • When your order arrives on your doorstep, the King Crab and steaks will both be frozen. Before cooking, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours). Learn more about safe thawing practices here.

  • Since our king crab comes pre-cooked, it is as simple as thaw, heat, and eat. Once thawed, you can steam, grill, bake, or boil your king crab legs. Learn more here.

  • Filet Mignons can be grilled, pan-seared, or broiled to perfection. Cook to an internal temperature of 140° F for medium rare – more or less depending on your desired doneness.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

Our USDA Prime Filet Mignon’s will not come pre-cooked. Rather, they will arrive raw and frozen and should be thawed in the refrigerator before hitting the heat.

Yes! Our king crab legs arrive pre-cooked and ready to heat. Simply steam, grill, broil, or bake to warm the meat and dig in. (Here are some how-to videos!) 

How long can I keep my king crab and steaks in the freezer?

All of our products will stay good in the freezer for several months. However, for the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 2-3 months.
