Baked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Alaska Sockeye Salmon Fillets, thawed
- Heavy-duty aluminum foil
- Cooking oil
- 1-½ teaspoons kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Once thawed, remove the salmon from the refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Pat your salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil, and bake them for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Aim for an internal temperature of 125° F for medium, and 145° for well done.
- Once your salmon is cooked, serve along side rice or veggies with your chosen sauce.
