This is a favorite kid-friendly recipe - prepare and serve the baked black cod fish sticks to your littles within twenty minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 Black Cod/Sablefish filets, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each fish strip into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fish strips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy!
Your Black Cod/Sablefish should reach an internal temperature of 125°F for medium or 145°F for well done.
