  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each fish strip into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated fish strips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy!

Your Black Cod/Sablefish should reach an internal temperature of 125°F for medium or 145°F for well done.
