How To Prepare

  • Wild-caught Sockeye Salmon and Halibut can be cooked on the stovetop, baked, or grilled depending on your desired method. Aim for an internal temperature of 125° F for medium, and 145° for well done. First, be sure to thaw by removing the filet from its original packaging, placing it in a plastic bag, and thawing it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • Shrimp can be baked, grilled, boiled, or steamed depending on your desired method. Aim for an internal temperature of 120° F. First, be sure to thaw by removing the shrimp from its original packaging, placing it in a plastic bag, and thawing it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
